Enrolment
New entrants may be enrolled on their fifth birthday. Remember it is necessary to provide verification of birth date, and a copy of the child’s immunisation record. C.V.P.S. has a pre-entry programme which gives opportunity for parents to visit the Kowhai team with their child, and for the child to visit on their own.

- Clutha Valley School Emergency Information/Enrolment Form 2018. We ask that parents fill in one of these for each child at the school and regularly update information regarding emergency contacts, health issues, cell phones, etc. which can change from year to year.
- Transport Safety Form. For when parents are asked to provide transport for various activities. To cover both the school and yourself when transporting students to and from school.
- School Transport: Application for Assistance. Every child who travels to school on a school bus must have Section A of this form filled in.
- Milk in Schools. Permission is required for your child to take part in this programme.
- Birth Certificate. We take a photocopy of this to confirm enrolment and for our records.
- Immunisation Certificate. We take a photocopy of this for our records.
